Meet Angie Delainey & Tricia Ramier

Meet Angie Delainey & Tricia Ramier

Best friends Angie Delainey and Tricia Ramier might say that fate, and yoga, brought them together. Though they had been acquaintances during their school years, it wasn't until adulthood that their paths crossed again. Both were experiencing a period of life change, and it helped to bond their friendship, which would later develop into a business partnership.

It was illness and injury that lead both Angie and Tricia into their own yoga practice. Seeing how it benefited them sparked the dream of sharing it with their fellow Williams Lakers. For Angie, having grown up in an entrepreneurial, business-minded family here in Williams Lake set the stage for her own foray into business with Tricia. Both agree that their business allows them all kinds of benefits, like the ability to practice yoga in an uplifting environment whenever they want and to share that love of yoga with others. It has also allowed them to exercise creative control over their own lives and to follow their own vision and dream.

Both Tricia and Angie have deep and long-standing ties to the community of Williams Lake. They are involved in numerous activities and groups. They appreciate all of the recreational opportunities available, especially their favourites, like biking and hiking and, of course, doing yoga. They also enjoy spending their free time reading or hanging out with family or friends.
