Meet Kerri Dunsmore
Kerri Dunsmore recently moved to Williams Lake, and although new to the community, she is well versed in the Cariboo region working as a seasonal tree planter for over a decade. It has been a wonderful experience getting acquainted with the locals, who Kerri notes have been so friendly. “The sense of community here is easily seen and everyone welcomes you in,” shares the therapist. Kerri is equally ecstatic about the abundance of outdoor recreation, and just how active the majority of residents are.
Now that the entrepreneur has completed her educational certifications in the field of her choice, gaining recognition amongst the professional community is the next feat on Kerri’s radar. It’s a challenge she’s ready to take on, and collaborating with other holistic and therapeutic practitioners to create a referral entity is something she looks forward to. As Kerri is busy establishing her rapport, ongoing plans to satisfying her thirst for knowledge are met with continuous education.
There’s been a lot of thought put into the direction of Kerri’s athletic therapy practice. Introspectively, she has pulled from her strengths as a person and a therapist, striving to provide the best service she possibly can. Helping others is the primary focus of her scope. “I don’t want people in my clinic,” laughs Kerri. “I want them out doing what they love!”
