Meet Peggy Toner
After graduating from the Blanche Macdonald Centre in 2000, Peggy began a rewarding career in Esthetics and Medical Esthetics in Vancouver BC and moved back home to Smithers a few years later.
Over the past 20+ years she has been a business owner, manager, trainer and mentor. In 2019, Peggy decided to go out on her own once again and established Balance Beauty and Skincare specializing in advanced skin care solutions and all things brows!
Peggy is passionate about her work and is very grateful to be supported by the beautiful community of Smithers and to be a part of the thriving small business downtown core.
