Whiskey Creek Ranch
Whiskey Creek Ranch is a family farm located in Rose Prairie, near Fort St. John.
The farm operates a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) produce box delivery service throughout the growing season. The Schaeffer family grows a variety of high quality vegetables and harvests honey from their hives to supply a fresh food box that is delivered to customers in their CSA program. The produce they supply to their happy customers is always fresh and healthy.
Whiskey Creek Ranch is pleased to connect people directly to their food source through their CSA box delivery program.

Gaston and Michelle love living in Rose Prairie because of the strong sense of community and the year round access to the surrounding wilderness. "I enjoy the seasons here," said Michelle, " and the ecological diversity." Together they love to spend time with their friends, relax around a campfire and play with their two daughters, Mikayla and Heidi.
The Schaeffer family operates a seasonal Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) business in beautiful Rose Prairie. They chose to build their business in the Peace because it is home. "We have a vested interest in the success of this community over the long term," said Michelle, "we owe it to our daughters." They are proud of being able to work as a family and connect their work to the changing of the seasons.
Running a small business is no small task but the people that live in Fort St. John and area aren't afraid of hard work. "The breadth of talent in this town is unparalleled," said Michelle. The Schaeffer's are optimistic about the future of small business. "As the movement towards authenticity, quality and connectivity continues, the small businesses who work hard to offer products in line with those values will find success," said Michelle.
