Meet Lori Wiedeman
Owner Lori Wiedeman started Morale Consulting in 2020. Prior to that Lori served six years as the Chief Administrative Officer for the Village of Queen Charlotte, and has over 25 years of experience in working for the BC Public Service, primarily in Human Resource Management and Operational Roles.
Her last roles with the Province were as the Executive Director, Talent Management, Ministry of Advanced Education, followed by a year as the District Manager Transportation, Skeena District. Most recently she has worked with a Not-for-Profit to start up a 24/7 Rapid Response to Homelessness supportive housing unit in Daajing Giids.
Lori holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from Camosun College and has won Deputy Minister awards for innovation in succession planning.
