Meet Gina Garon
Gina Garon was inspired by her own love of home design when she created her consultation and showroom business in 2008. By doing what she loves, there’s no daily grind throughout the week. There are plenty of other perks associated with entrepreneurship, such as being fully autonomous in decision-making- a sentiment that promotes feelings of empowerment and satisfaction.
Much of Gina’s successes are due to the supportive community of Prince Rupert. The people have always been there for her, and as a business owner, the embrace is especially welcomed. Gina also highlights that her dedicated and passionate staff are the true backbone of Blue Heron Windows & Design; without them, she would not be where she is today.
As the beautiful coastal region experiences an economic boost, Gina notes that business has been especially steady. She couldn’t imagine owning her storefront anywhere else. Prince Rupert has everything one could need, and with a strong sense of community, it’s the perfect place to establish a family or a new business idea. Gina fully enjoys the abundance of social events, in addition to the expansive outdoor recreational opportunities. When she isn’t designing the next trendy showroom, you can find her tending to her gardens or exploring the meandering network of trails systems.
