Filaprint

Business Services-Environment-Mining

Filaprint is one of the most cutting-edge companies located in Northern BC. This tech-business offers eco-friendly 3D printing with hand-painted, realistic details, bringing the model to life.

Typical custom designs feature 3D land, terrain, and infrastructure models. The technology utilizes satellite imagery to replicate the topography, providing an accurate scale. Cloud point data can be appointed to ensure absolute, pin-point accuracy.

Most models can be made within a few weeks, using only environmentally sensitive materials. The plastic that makes up each model is plant-based and biodegradable, burning no harmful emissions into the atmosphere. Other materials needed for production are purchased by other hard-working, local businesses right here in BC.

With all that and more, Filaprint has earned many Small Business BC awards including 2016 Best Concept and Job Maker, 2017 Top Ten Best Innovation, and 2018 Top Ten Best Community Impact.

It doesn’t stop at the numerous awards, Filaprint encourages interest in technology and arts-focused fields. Interested individuals or groups wanting a closer look at 3D technology are welcomed to call for a visit.

Now that you know what kind of advanced technology is available in your backyard, there isn’t a need to scour through major city centres. Contact Filaprint today for all of your 3D printing needs.
