Mount Timothy Recreation Resort
Located in the heart of the Cariboo range in central British Columbia, Mt. Timothy is an affordable ski destination with powder-perfect snow, no lift lines and a diverse range of runs guaranteed to suit everyone in your family. For winter-enthusiasts abound, this locally-owned and family-oriented ski hill offers one triple chair, a t-bar, two magic carpet lifts and more plans for the future with glorious expansions throughout epic terrain. The hill recently added tubing to their list of fun activities.
Mt. Timothy boasts a recently renovated Guest Services Lodge including a fully-licensed kitchen, rental shop and full service pro shop, along with newly constructed log cabin rentals for the full ski experience. There are sled access trails to the lodge, winding motorized-lovers up to the area through the Gold Rush Trail System. The 30 minute drive from Lac La Hache is also a breathtaking trip and is well marked with signs along the way to the ski area.
With a variety of lift ticket options, visitors can commit to a full season of fun, or drop by for the occasional rip. Children 5 years and under always ride free, but no matter your age, riding at Mt. Timothy is a spectacular experience that will keep you coming back for more!

Mt. Timothy has been operational since 1988 and was recently aquired by a new private ownership group in 2019. Known as the KevLar Development Group, the team of business professionals are all based within central BC and have their hearts invested in the region.The team is excited to make much needed improvements and upgrades to the ski hill, transforming the experience for winter and ski-enthusiasts abound.
