Owner Elizabeth Watson loves everything about cafe culture and wanted to bring her passion to her small town with her creation of the Palisades Cafe. Elizabeth also wanted to create a space where clients with dietary restrictions found lots of offerings and flavourful food.
Elizabeth loves that her cafe has become part of the small business landscape, a place for community to gather, enjoy time together and connect with each other.
