Stephanie Schaff moved to Dawson Creek with her husband in the spring of 2018. Within no time at all the Schaff family felt right at home. The people have been exceptionally welcoming, and the supportive community has made an immediate impact. One of Stephanie’s favourite things to do in her spare time is explore the surrounding area, or to meet new people. She also loves to visit the diverse blend of interesting shops, a collection of like-minded entrepreneurs that truly make Dawson Creek a vibrant place to live. “I feel that small businesses are the backbone of our community,” states the mobile salon owner. “It will continue to flourish.”
Stephanie strives to contribute to the local economy by supporting small businesses wherever possible, though she often gives back in additional ways. Roving Comb Beauty Services regularly attends community events, offering up free cuts to those who would like one. Her mobile business allows those to access hair services that might not have otherwise had the chance.
