Isabelle and Darrel Fife literally go the extra mile for their customers. In addition to their regular service of daily cargo delivery to and from Chetwynd, Tumbler Ridge, Fort St John, Hudson Hope and Dawson Creek, ID Works Delivery Service also offer Hot Shot Service specialty runs outside of their regular hours or beyond their usual destinations.
Isabelle and Darrel started ID Works five years ago with just one cube van and have successfully grown the business to seven vehicles, ten full time employees and more working part time. “We are up to seven vehicles now,” said Isabelle, “we are growing because of our good reputation, we have good drivers and we go way beyond the basics to make sure our customers are happy.”

Isabelle and Darrel Fife own and operate ID Works Delivery Service Ltd., a delivery company with a great reputation. Isabelle is known for hiring employees with solid customer service skills and ensuring cargo arrives safely at their destinations.
Isabelle and Darrel enjoy living and working in Dawson Creek and have called this area home for twenty-seven years. Isabelle feels their hometown is small enough for people to be genuinely friendly and big enough for everything you need or want.
Isabelle loves being her own boss and appreciates that many of her regular customers are also small business owners in the region. "Local stores use our business," said Isabelle, "because they understand the importance of local shopping."
Isabelle is proud owning and operating her own business and is pleased to point out that all three of their daughters are also entrepreneurs. She recommends visiting Vintage and Restoration Love in Dawson Creek and seeing what her daughter has in-store.
