Owner Sam Kwok has been in the kitchen of his very own Sam’s Diner since 2013! Sam has a huge passion for cooking and he’s happy to bring his skill to Ashcroft and its incredible community! His son Ernest also brings his culinary skills to the team. In addition to cooking, Sam loves being the face of his business and interacting with his customers every day!
