MSM Law
MSM Law began as Messner and Company in 100 Mile House in 1969. It was established by Peter Messner, Q.C. and provided a wide range of legal services in the Cariboo. The practice grew over the years and new staff were added. Today the office includes lawyers Kenneth Smith and Nick Maviglia and solicitor Julian Kenney, who became a managing partner in 2010. The professionals at MSM Law provide services in several areas of the law, including personal injury claims, corporate law, wills and estates, real estate, family law and wrongful dismissal claims.
MSM Law is a member of the South Cariboo Chamber of Commerce, the Canadian Bar Association and the Trial Lawyers of British Columbia.

Meet Peter Messner, Q.C., Julian Kenney & Andrea Penner
The owners and the staff of MSM Law all have deep ties to the community of 100 Mile House. Remarks Peter, "100 Mile House is a friendly community with very little crime and no traffic," things that contribute greatly to its high quality of living. Peter has seven children, so being in a community that is family-oriented was important to him, as it is to the other lawyers and staff members of MSM Law. He adds that it's also an outdoors-lover's playground, since there are so many outdoor recreational opportunities just minutes from any part of town.
The MSM Law staff enjoy a variety of activities when they aren't working, particularly outdoor activities. Peter is a gardener and an avid golfer and fan of 108 Golf Course.
Peter, Julian and Andrea are proud of the firm they have helped to build. They feel especially honoured to work with the people of 100 Mile House, the greater Cariboo region and Terrace.
