Meet Maureen Pinkney

Maureen Pinkney is the owner and operator of Mobility Enterprises, and visionary behind promoting her fellow neighbours and like-minded crafty-people. It is her passion to help support local small business, and in turn, the local economic development. “I was raised in business and just have always done it,” shares Maureen. “It is exciting to create something new and see it grow!”

100 Mile House and the greater Cariboo region is bustling with talent in all shapes and form. Pair that up with the welcoming, friendly disposition of the residents, and it’s no wonder the community is renowned for its remarkable lifestyle standard. Maureen echoes the same sentiment in her shop, prioritizing “the friendliest place to shop” at the top of her business plan.

When she has a little down time, Maureen enjoys exploring the natural wonders surrounding 100 Mile House and beyond. You don’t have to go far to discover immeasurable beauty, with one of the best kept secrets being tucked right within town. She loves Centennial Park in all its glory- a picturesque setting without any crowds in sight. “It is beautiful, but way under used,” shares Maureen.
