Since 1997, owner Ed Robinson has been putting his culinary skills to use as the owner of the Silverado Cafe and Pizza Parlour! When he opened the restaurant, Ed knew he wanted to create a welcoming, home style place that both locals and visitors could relax and enjoy hand made meals. He is happy to offer a family feel to all his guests and loves the bonds he has developed over the years. Ed spends his downtime soaking in all the fresh air and mountain views that Stewart provides, and likes to fish when time allows.
Ed is happy to be in the Stewart community, and loves the sense of family the small businesses creates.
