Haida Wave Marine is a unique mobile service that travels island wide to repair and maintain your gas or diesel motors and engines. Owner Sascha saw a need for this mobile business and was happy to use his knowledge to help other in his community. “I can fix anything that’s broken – bring it in,” said Sascha of Haida Wave Marine.
Haida Wave Marine is able to confidently work on any type of small gas or diesel engines. They can provide all the right parts and the necessary supplies to repair your machines and equipment. Since 2014 Haida Wave has repaired and maintained a variety of small gas and diesel engines. Small equipment such as chainsaws and weed eaters can be fixed up by Haida Wave Marine. They also have experience with repair and maintenance of outboard and inboard motors and engines.

Meet Sascha Jones
Sascha was born and raised on Haida Gwaii and considers himself a small town guy. He enjoys giving back to the communities and appreciates that everybody knows each other. "People and businesses are supportive of each other," noted Sascha, "it's like a sense of family." Haida Gwaii residents are willing to work together to build community and help each other. Sascha enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also loves the ocean because, "it provides so much for us in the sense of food gathering and attractions."
Sascha has always wanted to be an entrepreneur and use his knowledge to help others in the community. He started Haida Wave Marine because he saw a need for small engine repair throughout Haida Gwaii. "Being able to fix and repair things and put smiles on people's faces," said Sascha, "knowing that their equipment will be fixed right, makes me happy." Sascha likes being his own boss, working flexible hours and supporting other businesses through his small engine repair business.
