Owner Chloe is a certified personal and group fitness trainer, yoga teacher, trauma-informed teacher, and functional movement specialist. Chloe’s fitness philosophy is all about finding movement that feels good in your body. Whether it’s easing into movement or pushing you to your limit, she’s ready to meet you at any fitness level and help you with your goals!
With one-on-one and two-on-one training, group fitness and yoga classes, or online movement programs Good Feels Fitness is focused on functional movement patterns (movements we do in our everyday life) and on facilitating joy in every workout! Trainer Chloe aims to have every client leave their session feeling empowered, inspired and one step closer to their movement goals!

Chloe started went into personal training out of interest and to support her own fitness journey. During her learning, she saw some gaps in representation for larger-bodied people, femmes, and the LGBTQ2S+ community and decided to open Good Feels Fitness to create a space where folks of different backgrounds and experiences would be welcome. Chloe is a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, yoga teacher, and trauma-informed teacher. She also has done training in affirming LGBTQ2S+ in a fitness session setting.
Owning a small business is important for Chloe so she can offer a safe, judgment-free, body-inclusive space! She can’t wait to meet you and welcome you to Good Feels Fitness!
