Meet Shayne Kraus
Kleen Aire Services owner Shayne Kraus says that one of the things he most enjoys about owning his own business is the opportunity it gives him to meet so many different people. Shayne, who manages the day-to-day operations of the furnace and duct cleaning company, serves several BC cities with his business. But his favourite customers are the ones right here in his hometown of Quesnel, the ones who have supported him and his family in their various business ventures since the beginning. Shayne faces many of the same challenges that other local small business owners do but believes that if independent business owners work together and not against each other the town has major potential for growth and increased revenue.
Shayne also owns Kwik Kleen Laundromat and says that his two businesses keep him very busy. When he finds some down time, he enjoys outdoor activities like camping, fishing or riding his quad. He is quick to support community events and local organizations in need.
