Bliss is the only place in town where you can order Butter Chicken and a cappuccino to go, and owner Jas Sabbarwal works hard to ensure that every bite is bursting with flavour. Bliss the Ultimate Grill has only been in the community for a few years but has nevertheless developed a loyal fan base who love its authentic Indian dishes as well as its selection of Western food and its specialty coffees and drinks.
Jas Sabbarwal bought Bliss after losing his job. Jas was determined not to let unemployment define his future, so he created his own future and has never looked back. He has enjoyed the opportunity business ownership has given him to meet so many locals, admitting that socializing is part of the fun of his job. Jas is excited about the future of business in Quesnel and believes that attentive customer service and really listening to what people want and acting on it is the key to remaining successful in business here. He adds that Quesnel is a "great community" and the only place he would choose to run his restaurant.
