Meet Grant + Cindy Eggleston
Grant and Cindy Eggleston have had a longstanding dream to own their own cafe, and with the recent start-up of Coffee + Kitchen No. 9 in the fall of 2019, the dynamic duo transformed their vision into a fruitful venture worthy of pride and sheer satisfaction. It has been a joy for the Egglestons to share some of their trusted family recipies and beloved culinary treasurers they've acquired over the years with the community. They are also fond of the opportunity to interact with a welcoming array of interesting people. Cindy says that the long-term goal is to grow their own produce, thereby increasing local sustainability within the region, who's family has been immersed in farming for years. “We have lived in the Peace Region our whole lives,” says Cindy. “It's our home, and we love how much community involvement and supporting each other has increased over the years! We want to be a part of it all.”
