Meet Daniel Bertrand
Daniel loves doing business in a small town because his customers are more than clients, they are also his neighbours. Daniel owns and operates the Central Coast Law Corporation. "I used to practice law in downtown Vancouver," said Daniel, "I moved to Bella Bella, my wife's hometown so that our son could grow up immersed in Heiltsuk culture, which is my wife's heritage."
Daniel saw an opportunity for his law practice, as he didn't know of any other lawyers living on the Central Coast when he moved up so he opened up his own office. He is proud of what he has built in Bella Bella. When he relocated to Bella Bella he discovered that there wasn't any vacant office space for his business. "So, I picked up a hammer, and hired a skilled carpenter to help me build an office constructed of yellow cedar milled locally in Bella Bella," said Daniel.
When he isn't busy with his law practice, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family. Their home is surrounded by vast wilderness and Daniel loves getting outdoors and exploring his new home.
